Detox Your Home is a free, mobile program run by Sustainability Victoria and is the most environmentally friendly way of disposing of unwanted chemicals from your home. You can drop off household chemicals at free Detox Your Home events, held regularly across Victoria. Registrations are essential. Find your next local event here.

Detox Your Home accepts household items with the following warnings: Corrosive 8, Oxidizing agent 5.1, Toxic 6.1, Flammable liquid 3, Flammable solid 4.1. Products with these warnings could include cleaning products, cosmetics, fire extinguishers, herbicides, pesticides, pool chemicals, fuel, coolant, break and transmission fluids, turps, paint strippers, glues and pharmaceuticals.
